Leadership and operations excellence

On 11th November PA Consulting Group held a breakfast roundtable discussion on “Leadership and its role in delivering operations excellence”. The event explored the need to adapt leadership styles and capabilities to meet ever-changing operational needs. What is leadership? Why is it essential to achieving operational excellence? Why do organisations need different leadership styles in different economic scenarios? What is the best approach in light of the current economic scenario?
