PA Consulting talk - If/when to introduce 3G/3.5G services - Telco Business Customer Summit - 28 Jan

Tim Devine, a senior consultant in PA Consulting Group's Communications Media and Entertainment sector will give a talk on Determining if and when to introduce 3G/3.5G services to drive revenue growth from business customers at IIR's Telecoms Business Customer Summit in London on Thursday 28 January (14.00 hrs).

The talk will examine: business customer needs; the services that can be enabled by 3G/3.5G; the optimum time to introduce such services; whether it's worth it (the business case); successes and failures in deploying 3G (what has been learned); future revenue opportunities from high speed data services.
