The article looks at how companies can make their supply chains greener. It highlights that the technology to achieve a greener supply chain is ready – companies just need to adopt these new digital tools.
Steven comments: “The reason efficient companies are green companies is attention to detail … And it is efficient companies that tend to be green, not green companies that are efficient.” Those businesses that have invested in IT, to improve service or drive down costs, are those that have tools they can adapt to improving sustainability.
