Join PA's Seminar: Releasing the potential of people at the heart of product development

PA Consulting and the University of Cambridge Engineering Design Centre would like to invite you to attend our product development symposium. The symposium will focus on:

• How do I choose and develop individuals to be “better” at product development?

• How do I organise and resource my team to deliver the best product development?

• How do I create a high performance culture for product development?

The symposium aims to develop insights in this area, and to share techniques and approaches which could be used to develop individuals and teams within your organisation to be better at product development.

The symposium will involve working in small groups to discuss and challenge the issues you face.

The event commences with dinner on the 18th October followed by a full day symposium on the 19th. The venue will be Madingley Hall, Cambridge with overnight accommodation provided.

This event is by invitation only and attendance will be limited. Our invitations are going to senior individuals across different sectors with responsibility for product development in order to get the best possible cross-sector insight.
