Developing the future of healthcare - discussion with Nigel Edwards on health reforms, 25 May 2011, London

PA Consulting Group is hosting a series of events looking at the ‘Future of Healthcare’ – covering developments in the delivery of health reform, improving health outcomes, developing customer-centric innovation in health and using personalised medicine to drive new business models.

The next event in this series is a breakfast discussion with Nigel Edwards, acting Chief Executive of the NHS Confederation. The event is for clients and friends of the firm from across a range of organisations and representative bodies to explore and discuss the possible impacts of health reforms on areas including:

• commissioning and productivity 

• use and adoption of technology 

• reconfiguration of services 

• workforce.

Nigel appears regularly on television and radio, where he is interviewed for his insights and commentary on topical issues facing the NHS. He also chairs the liveliest of debates at NHS Confederation conferences and Policy Workshops. There are very few people who have such a strong grasp on what the reform agenda will really mean for the health service in the future.
