Tom Mullen, Director

Tom joined PA Consulting Group in 1991 via PA’s acquisition of a specialist strategy consultancy in Cambridge, MA (USA).

Tom has over 25 years’ experience advising clients in both the public and private sectors on strategic business and market issues. Focusing on the defence and energy sectors, he advises leaders of the largest commercial and government programmes on strategic risks and negotiations. He leads PA’s US Federal & Defense practice and chairs PA’s Partner Election Committee.  Tom received his BS and MS degrees from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, specializing in System Dynamics and Strategy Analysis.
