Our priorities for 2010
The coming year will see us build on the successes of 2009 and continue to deliver high-quality client work. Our focus will be on delivering the best outcomes for our clients while ensuring they get the best possible value for money. We will add real value to every client through innovation, technical expertise and skills transfer.
In particular, clients are asking us to help them rise to the short-term challenges presented by today’s economic climate: helping businesses reshape and innovate to meet the needs of the changed environment and working with governments to help them deliver more for less, while all the time ensuring that our clients are positioned to thrive in the long term.
We have embraced an ambitious strategy to develop our international public sector business, with a particular focus on Europe, the US and the Gulf. In the UK, we look forward to working on the largest and most complex programmes in the public sector, once the newly elected government is in place.
In our private sector business, we will capitalise on the opportunities for innovation offered by developments in smart technology and the green economy, and continue to guide clients through a business environment that, in the past year, has changed beyond recognition.
We are well positioned for success in 2010, and I thank everyone in PA for their hard work and dedication, and for their determination to deliver outstanding work for our clients in 2009.
